Chironji Nut/Cuddapah Almond botanically called Buchanania Lanzan is a well-known and little expensive seed used to flavour many Indian sweets and savoury dishes. Chironji nuts are small seeds extracted from the fruits of the deciduous tree, primarily native to the Indian subcontinent, specifically from the forests of Central and Northwest India.
