    Bengalis are the highest consumer of yellow or white mustard seeds in India. They usually add yellow or white mustard seed with the combination of black mustard seed in many recipes like MUSTARD FISH CURRY, kasundi, ROOT VEGETABLE DISHES, and particularly in Bengali spice blend PANCH PHORON and also in Steamed Fish recipes.
