How to make Kadal paasi recipe?/How to make an Agar-agar pudding recipe?/How to make a China grass pudding recipe?/How to make a Junnu gaddi pudding recipe?
Agar-agar pudding recipe/Kadal paasi milk pudding recipe is a simple, delicious and pleasurable Indian sweet recipe or Indian dessert recipe. It is a soft and easy-to-eat pudding recipe. You can serve it as a snack recipe or serve it as a salad along with fruits.
Cuisine - Indian
Serving - 4
Timing - 30 minutes + 6 hours
INGREDIENTS
Full-cream milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 1 cup
Agar-agar/Kadal paasi - 5-7 gms
Nuts (chopped) - Handful
Water - 1 cup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. To begin making the kadal paasi recipe/agar-agar pudding recipe - In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water and agar-agar strips. Immerse the agar-agar/kadal paasi into the water.
2. Soak them for 15 minutes.
3. Now, place the saucepan on the stove and heat over moderate flame.
4. Keep stirring the ingredients.
5. At the same time, place the full cream milk in the saucepan and heat.
6. Allow the milk to boil.
7. You have to do both simultaneously.
8. Once the agar-agar strips are completely dissolved in the water.
9. Add to the boiling milk and mix well.
10. Now add sugar to the milk and allow it to melt.
11. Cook for 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame.
12. To set the kadal paasi recipe/Agar-agar pudding recipe - In a mould or a tray or any serving dish, pour the agar-agar pudding mixture. (Use a strainer while pouring the agar-agar pudding mixture).
13. Wait for 15 minutes and then add chopped nuts on top.
14. Now allow the agar-agar pudding mixture to get set at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
15. After 1-2 hours, place them in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours or a maximum of 8 hours or overnight.
16. Finally, take it out from the refrigerator and serve chill.
You can serve the Kadal paasi recipe/Agar-agar pudding recipe/China grass pudding recipe/Junnu gaddi pudding recipe as it is or serve it as a salad with fruits.
