This rose-coloured seasonal cold drink is a must-have drink during summer, especially in the month of Ramazan. Old Delhi people simply love this delicious drink just like the name of the drink.

Traditionally, Mohabbat Ka Sharbat Recipe is made with full-cream milk, watermelon chunks, rooh afza, sugar syrup and crushed ice cubes. In this post, I have shared my version of the Mohabbat Ka Sharbat Recipe. I use full-cream milk, watermelon chunks, rooh afza or rose syrup, powdered sugar, crushed ice cubes and sabja seeds. How to Mohabbat Ka Sharbat at home/How to make a rose milk recipe?

Mohabbat Ka Sharbat Recipe/Rose Milk Recipe is a simple, tasty and energising Indian summer drink. If you have cold milk, rooh afza/rose syrup, you can easily make this drink within 10 minutes.

Timing - 10 minutes + 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

Full-Cream Milk/Full-Fat Milk - 500 ml
Watermelon Chunks - 1 cup
Rooh Afza/Rose Syrup - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Sabja seeds/Basil seeds - 1 tablespoon
Ice Cubes - 6

INSTRUCTIONS

1. To begin making the Mohabbat Ka Sharbat Recipe - Firstly, clean and soak the sabja seeds/basil seeds in 1/4 cup of water for 30 minutes.

2. In a pan add 500 ml milk and boil for 5 minutes. Once the milk is boiled, turn off the flame and cool completely and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3. In a deep bowl add cold milk and powdered sugar and mix well to dissolve the sugar.

4. Now add rooh afza/rose syrup and soaked sabja seeds and mix well add ice cubes.

5. Stir all the ingredients together.

6. Mohabbat Ka Sharbat Recipe is ready.
