INGREDIENTS

Curd/Thayir/Dahi - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Salt - to taste
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger (Chopped) - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. To begin making the Masala Mor | Masala Buttermilk recipe - Keep all the ingredients ready.

2. To Grind - In a mixer grinder, add green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon curd.

3. Close the lid and coarsely crush the ingredients for a few seconds.

4. Open the lid and add the remaining curd, 1 cup of water, salt and asafoetida.

5. Again blend the ingredients for a few seconds.

6. In this stage, add the remaining water and blend again for a few seconds.
