Egg Pepper Tawa Fry | Egg Pepper Tawa Roast is quick and easy south Indian-style side dish recipe. You can easily prepare this within 20 minutes and serve it as an accompaniment to any lunch meal or quick healthy snack recipe.

INGREDIENTS
Egg - 4
Pepper Powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoon
Curry Leaves (Chopped) - 1 sprig
Water - 2 tablespoons + 2 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
1. To begin making the Egg Pepper Tawa Fry | Egg Pepper Tawa Roast recipe - Keep all the ingredients ready.
2. To Boil Eggs - In a saucepan, place the eggs carefully, add water with a pinch of salt, and boil for 8-10 minutes on a medium flame.
3. Once the eggs are boiled, remove them from the hot water and immerse them in cold water for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the shell from the eggs.
5. Using the fork spoon, carefully prick the eggs.
6. Now slice the eggs into two parts.
7. Keep it aside.
8. To Make Pepper Masala - Add pepper powder, salt, and 1-2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl.
9. Mix well.
10. Now apply the pepper masala evenly on the sliced eggs.
11. Soak the eggs for 2 minutes.
12. To Tawa Fry - Heat an iron tawa over a low flame, add coconut oil and place the pepper eggs.
13. Cook them for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
14. While frying, flip the eggs 1-2 times for even frying.
15. Finally, sprinkle the curry leaves on the tawa-fried eggs.
